    Suggested Use (As a Supplement):

    • Adults:   1 teaspoon up to three times daily
    • Children:   1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon once daily 

     

    Suggested Use with Nebulizer**:

    • Put about 3 teaspoons of Silver 10PPM in the receptacle
    • Breathe deebly for about 15 minutes
